Guarantee
Policy
The following
are the terms and conditions for all products/services sold by
Middle Man Marketing. This policy becomes a legally binding
contract upon the purchase of a product/service from us. Please
do not purchase any products/services from us if you do not
agree with the policy outlined below.
1.
Lengths of Guarantees
Middle Man Marketing
(MMM) offers the following periods of
guarantees:
(a) 30
days – The customer will receive a
full refund of any monies paid to us by the customer for
that product or service, as long as the product or
service has been returned (or service cancelled) within
30 days of the despatch date.
(b) 60
days – The customer will receive a
full refund of any monies paid to us by the customer for
that product or service, as long as the product or
service has been returned (or service cancelled) within
60 days of the despatch date.
(c) 90
days – The customer will receive a
full refund of any monies paid to us by the customer for
that product or service, as long as the product or
service has been returned (or service cancelled) within
90 days of the despatch date.
(d) Any other
periods – The customer will receive a
full refund of any monies paid to us by the customer for
that product or service, as long as the product or
service has been returned (or service cancelled) within
the specified period of the despatch date.
2.
Other types of Guarantees
(a) Income/Criteria
based - From time to time MMM may make
a guarantee based on achieving a certain level of income
or any other criterion using our product/service.
Such a guarantee will only be honoured if the customer can
provide documented proof that they followed the product/service
instructions and failed to achieve the promised result.
Some guarantees may be actionable per se if stated so the sales
material.
(b) Guarantee on Sales
Material – If a certain guarantee is made
in sales material then that guarantee will be honoured as
long as the conditions of the guarantee, stated on the
sales material are met.
3. Free
Trial Periods
A trial period
is not a guarantee. If a customer returns an MMM product or
cancels a service within the trial period, they will not be
invoiced with any subsequent amounts. Any postage and packing
cost that may be charged for the despatching of goods will not
be reimbursed to the customer.
4.
Conditions for a Full Refund
The product
must be received or service cancelled before the stated
guarantee period expires. Any product received or service
cancelled after the guarantee period expires, may be refunded
at the discretion of the Operations Manager.
Ensuring that a
product reaches us safely is up to the customer and no refunds
will be issued for lost or missing packages.
All products
that are sent back must be in their original condition and in a
resalable state. If a product is in a resalable state but
cannot be resold for its full value then that value may be
subtracted from the refund value.
Before a
product can be returned, authorisation must be granted from
someone at our operations team. Please send an email to
info@middlemanmarketing.co.uk to seek authorisation.
MMM will not
reimburse the customer for any cost that they may incur in
returning a product to our relevant distribution
centre.
5.
Refunds offered by an affiliate or
subsidiary
Any refunds
that are offered by a subsidiary or a company affiliated with
MMM with regards with the purchase of an MMM product/service
will be honoured by that subsidiary or affiliate.
6.
Faulty Goods
Goods that are
sent by MMM that do turn out to be faulty may be returned for a
full refund or if the guarantee period is over than for a
replacement. The replacement can be claimed within 1 year of
purchase of the original good.
7.
Settlement of Disputes
Any dispute
arising from the guarantee or any other MMM policy shall be
settled in an English Court of Law.
8.
Addition of New Terms within this Policy
New terms may
be added to this policy and may apply retrospectively as long
as 1 weeks notice has been given to the customer.
